Witch Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop ice cubes
  • 15ml (1/2 fl oz) vodka
  • 15ml (1/2 fl oz) raspberry schnapps
  • 15ml (1/2 fl oz) melon liqueur (such as Midori®)
  • 1 splash lime juice
  • 60ml (2 fl oz) lemon juice
  • 30ml (1 fl oz) club soda
  • 1 splash grenadine syrup

Method

  • Fill a collins glass with ice, and pour in the vodka, raspberry schnapps, melon liqueur and splash of lime juice. Pour in the lemon juice until the glass is 2/3 full and top off the glass with the club soda. Stir gently to mix, then add a splash of grenadine to serve.
