Congratulations to Robert Rajczak who picked up the award for Store Manager of the Year 2016 at the Scottish Grocer Awards in Glasgow on 10th March 2016
Robert currently works in our Scotmid Warrender Park, store in Edinburgh.
Robert has recently taken over managerial responsibility for this store after having displayed an excellent record previously. He has top-notch people management skills, maintaining customer relationships and getting involved in the local community are obviously important to him, and he has great ambitions for the future. His commitment to the development of his colleagues is obvious. Robert’s passion and enthusiasm for the role came through clearly to the judges when they visited and they expect him to go far.
