Breadwinner Bakery worked with a class in Sciennes Primary School to teach them the art of baking.
The class was split into teams to came up with a winning recipe for a loaf of bread and a muffin working with a set of ingredients defined by Breadwinner.
The products were then made up by Breadwinner and taken back to the school, where a judging panel had the difficult decision on choosing the winning bread and muffin.
The winning bread & muffin recipes were produced by Breadwinner Bakery and sold over a weekend in our Leven Street, Marchmont and Warrender stores with all the monies from the sales of these winning products being donated back to the school.
