Customer Satisfaction
The Co-operative UK's definition of customer satisfaction has now been included in our regular customer surveys conducted by Harris International. In the course of their independent survey, Harris carried out 550 shopper interviews in a sample of 50 of our stores across our trading area.

The survey was conducted between February and April 2008. The proportion of shoppers classified as very satisfied was 87% (2007/08 - 86%), and as satisfied was 94% (2007/08 - 92%). These levels of satisfaction are showing improvement and match or exceed the Co-operative average in the Harris International Convenience Tracking Programme 2008.
