Notice is hereby given that an Annual General Meeting of the Society will be held on Monday, 6th October 2008 at 7pm at the following locations:

    • East Area:
      • 5 Members to serve for 3 years,
      • 1 Member to serve for 2 years
      • 1 Member to serve for 1 year
    • North Area:
      • 2 Members to serve for 3 years
    • West Area:
      • 5 Members to serve for 3 years,
      • 1 Member to serve for 2 years

Admission to general meeting

Members will be admitted to the General Meeting by presenting their Share Books showing the minimum qualification of £1.00 shareholding deposited prior to 26 January 2008.

The next General Meeting (Annual General Meeting) will be held on Monday, 4 May 2009 at Edinburgh and Motherwell.

Voting at general meeting

Members, presenting their share books showing the minimum qualification of £1.00 shareholding deposited prior to 26 January 2009, will be eligible to vote at the meetings.

Please remember to bring your share book with you, as you will be asked to show it as you enter the meeting.
