Membership is absolutely key to a co-operative such as Scotmid. It's what makes us different. This Society is owned and democratically controlled by its members and every member has an opportunity to play their part.
The importance of membership to the Society is reflected in the creation of our new membership strategy, which has now been launched. Stage one of the strategy is being rolled out on a pilot basis to enable us to begin the process of being able to properly communicate with members.
